Casual Banquet Porter

Requirements and responsibilities:

The Banquet Porter guarantee guest satisfaction by organizing events to the requirements as communicated by the customers. They are in charge of setting up and tearing down of tables, linen, chairs, staging, dance floor, lighting, plants, props, and other items required for functions. Required to be able to carry and lift tables, chairs and other equipment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Able to speak English clearly
  • Able to handle multiple tasks
  • Customer service skills required
  • Good organizational skills required
  • Must Be Available Fridays And Saturdays

Casual Banquet Bartender

Requirements and responsibilities:

  • Ensure Wine Bar are set according to required standard of Service
  • Greet clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Complete beverage orders taken directly from clients.
  • Ability to address visitors dissatisfaction on time and ensure appropriate solution.
  • Make sure that bar are stocked and inventory levels meet predetermined par stocks;
  • Make sure all standards and policies are being met and adhered to on a daily basis.
  • Adhere to fire, emergency and health and safety procedures in comformity with the Hotel’s Policies.
  • Other assignments as assigned by Banquet Manager or designate.-
  • Must be ready to work a variety of shifts
  • including weekends, evenings, and Holidays (MUST BE AVAILABLE FRIDAYS AND SATURDAYS)
  • Smart Serve Certification is mandatory
  • Prior experience as a banquet Bartender an added advantage.
  • Casual Banquet Server
